Accessibility Statement
Global Brand View LLC is committed to making TokeHead usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, and keyboard-only navigation. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain the Platform, not a one-time project.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
How we test
We measure our public pages against WCAG 2.1 AA using a combination of automated and manual methods:
- Automated audits with axe-core (WCAG 2.0/2.1 A and AA rule sets) run against our live pages.
- Color-contrast checks on text, links, and interactive controls.
- Manual keyboard navigation and screen-reader spot checks on key flows.
- Re-testing after design or content changes to guard against regressions.
Measures we take
- Text and interactive elements are designed to meet AA contrast ratios against our dark theme.
- Images that convey meaning include descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked so assistive technology can skip them.
- Links are distinguishable by more than color alone.
- Forms use programmatically associated labels.
- Content is structured with meaningful headings and landmarks.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of TokeHead may not yet be fully accessible. Automated testing covers only part of the WCAG criteria, and user-generated content (such as posts, images, and live streams created by members) is not always under our direct control. We are actively working to identify and resolve issues as we find them. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.
Requesting an accommodation
If you need information from TokeHead in a different format, or you run into an accessibility barrier and need help completing a task, we want to assist. Contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need:
- Email: support@tokehead.com
- Or use the contact form on the Platform.
Please include the page address (URL) where you experienced the issue and a brief description of the problem. We aim to respond to accessibility requests promptly.
Ongoing commitment
Accessibility standards and our Platform both evolve over time. We review this statement and re-test our pages as we ship changes, and we welcome suggestions for how to improve the experience for everyone.
