1. Our Mission

TokeHead is a cannabis culture community built for adults 21 and older. Our goal is simple: give the cannabis community a real home — one that isn't fighting an algorithm designed to bury it.

We're here for all of it. The wellness side, the recreational side, the creative side, the business side, the science side, the lifestyle side. Growers and dispensary owners. Patients and recreational users. Chefs, artists, musicians, athletes. People who are canna-curious and people who've been in the culture for decades.

Cannabis culture is rich, diverse, and long overdue for a platform that treats it that way. That's what we're building. These guidelines exist to make sure it stays that way — welcoming, safe, and genuinely excellent — for everyone here.

2. The Golden Rules

Everything else in these guidelines flows from five core rules. If you remember nothing else, remember these.

🔞
Be 21+ and keep it that way
No minors on the platform. No content that appeals to minors or could be accessed by them. Age verification is required and enforced.
⚖️
Keep it legal
No facilitating illegal cannabis sales. No sourcing requests. No brokering transactions. Legal consumption and culture content: yes. Illegal marketplace behavior: never.
Be real
Be who you say you are. No impersonating other people or brands. No fake accounts. No bot behavior or automated engagement manipulation.
🤝
Be respectful
Disagree, debate, be direct — but no harassment, no targeted abuse, no hate speech. Treat people like people.
©️
Own your content
Only post what you made or have the rights to post. Respect copyright. Don't repost other people's work without permission.

3. What's Allowed

This is a cannabis platform. Cannabis content is the point. Here's the full range of what's welcome here:

4. What's Not Allowed

Some things have no place here. These are firm lines. Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reports to law enforcement.

Zero tolerance: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) results in immediate permanent termination and mandatory reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement. There are no warnings, no appeals.

5. Live Streaming Rules

Live streaming is one of the best parts of TokeHead. To keep it great for everyone, streamers have a few extra responsibilities on top of the general guidelines:

6. Gifting & Sparks Rules

Sparks are TokeHead's gifting system — a way for the community to directly support creators they love. To keep the system fair and trustworthy:

7. Creator Monetization Standards

TokeHead creators can earn through subscriptions, gifting, and other monetization features. With that comes responsibility to your subscribers and audience:

8. Enforcement

We take these guidelines seriously. When something violates them, here's how we respond:

Warning
First minor offense A notice explaining what was violated and what the expectation is. Documented on your account.
Removal
Any violation of these guidelines Content that violates these guidelines will be removed, with or without prior warning depending on severity.
Suspension
Repeated or serious violations Temporary loss of posting, streaming, or full account access. Duration based on severity and history.
Permanent Ban
Severe violations CSAM, threats of violence, repeated fraud, repeated severe violations. No appeal available for CSAM.
Law Enforcement
Illegal activity We will refer credible reports of illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement without prior notice.
Note: We reserve the right to act without prior warning for severe violations. We are not required to provide detailed explanations for enforcement decisions involving illegal content or ongoing investigations.

9. Reporting

See something that violates these guidelines? Please report it. Your reports keep this community safe.

How to report:

→ Use the flag icon on any post, comment, profile, or live stream

→ Email us at support@tokehead.com for more complex issues

→ We review all reports within 72 hours (urgent safety issues are prioritized)

→ We do not share reporter identity with the reported party

→ Filing false or malicious reports to target users you dislike is itself a violation of these guidelines

Child safety concerns (CSAM, underage users, grooming): use the in-app Report → “CSAM / Child Safety” or email safety@tokehead.com. Full policy: Child Safety Standards.

10. Appeals

We try to get enforcement decisions right, but we know we won't always. If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error, you have the right to appeal.

Email support@tokehead.com with "Appeal" in the subject line.

Include: your username, the content or action in question, and why you believe it was made in error. We review appeals within 7 business days and will respond with our decision.

Note: Appeals are not available for permanent bans related to CSAM, credible threats of violence, or other zero-tolerance violations.

11. Changes to These Guidelines

TokeHead is a growing platform and these guidelines will grow with it. We update them as the community evolves, new features launch, and new situations arise.

We'll announce significant changes in-app with advance notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most current version. Continued use of TokeHead after changes take effect means you accept the updated guidelines.

If you ever have questions about what's allowed or how these guidelines apply to something specific, just ask: support@tokehead.com.
