Child Safety Standards

TokeHead (operated by Global Brand View LLC) — published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — effective April 23, 2026

TokeHead explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form. TokeHead has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexual exploitation of minors, and any content or conduct that endangers children. Users who violate this policy are permanently banned, and reports are escalated to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

1. Minimum Age & Purpose

TokeHead is a 21+ adult cannabis community. Accounts are restricted to users 21 years of age or older in accordance with U.S. federal and state cannabis laws. Users under 18 are prohibited from creating accounts or accessing the service under any circumstances.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on TokeHead and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement where applicable:

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or abuses minors (child sexual abuse material — CSAM)
Sexualized depictions, descriptions, or imagery of any person under 18 — real, fictional, AI-generated, drawn, cartoon, or otherwise
Grooming, predatory contact, or solicitation of minors
Sharing, trading, soliciting, or linking to CSAM or child exploitation material
Posting personally identifying information (PII) of minors
Any attempt to circumvent age restrictions or impersonate a minor
Discussions that normalize, promote, or trivialize the sexual abuse of minors

3. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you see content, a user, a message, a stream, or any activity on TokeHead that you believe may sexually exploit, endanger, or abuse a minor, report it immediately.

In-App Reporting

Every post, profile, comment, message, and live stream on TokeHead has a Report control. Select "CSAM / Child Safety" or "Underage user" as the reason. Reports are reviewed on a priority track, typically within 24 hours, and escalated to NCMEC and law enforcement where the content meets federal reporting criteria.

We aim to acknowledge child safety reports within 24 hours and take action within 72 hours or sooner if the content is active.

If a child is in immediate danger, call local emergency services (911 in the United States) first. You can also report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

4. How TokeHead Responds to Reports

Immediate action. Suspected CSAM is removed from user-facing surfaces immediately upon detection or report.
Account termination. Accounts associated with CSAM or child exploitation are permanently banned, and associated devices/IPs are blocked where possible.
Evidence preservation. As required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, we preserve the content, user account data, IP address logs, and metadata, and transmit the required report to NCMEC's CyberTipline.
Law enforcement cooperation. We respond to valid legal process from law enforcement investigating child safety crimes and will proactively report to law enforcement where appropriate.
No private messages are exempt. The child safety policy applies equally to public posts, private messages, group chats, live streams, and any other surface on the service.

5. Proactive Prevention Measures

Age gate. All users must affirm they are 21 or older at signup. Underage accounts detected at any time are terminated.
Automated and human review. User-generated content is subject to automated and human moderation, prioritizing reports flagged for child safety.
Content scanning. Media uploads (images, video, stream thumbnails) are subject to review and will be scanned using industry-standard hash-matching and classifier technology (including PhotoDNA or equivalent) as that integration is completed.
Staff training. Personnel with moderation or trust-and-safety access are trained on CSAM recognition, handling, mandatory reporting obligations, and NCMEC CyberTipline procedures.
Restricted functionality for new accounts. New accounts have limited DM, upload, and outbound-link privileges until account maturation, reducing predator onboarding vectors.
No features designed to attract or harm minors. TokeHead is marketed exclusively to adults 21+, is not directed at children, and contains no features intended to attract minors.

6. Compliance with U.S. Federal Law

TokeHead complies with the requirements of the PROTECT Our Children Act and 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, including the obligation of electronic communication service providers to report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC's CyberTipline. We also comply with applicable state mandatory reporting laws, the SHIELD Act where applicable, and cooperate with KIK / NCMEC / ICAC Task Forces and equivalent agencies.

This Child Safety Standards policy is reviewed at least annually and updated as threats evolve, law changes, or platform capabilities improve. Material updates are noted by a change in the effective date below. This policy is binding on all users and operates in addition to the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
