Frequently Asked Questions
Do free Sparks expire?
Free welcome Sparks expire after 90 days if unused. Sparks earned through daily logins, surveys, and referrals do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Can I cash out my earned Sparks?
Earned Sparks (from daily login, surveys, and referrals) are designed for gifting creators — they are not directly cashable. Creator balances earned from receiving gifts can be cashed out. If you’re a creator and receive gifted Sparks from others, those go to your creator balance and are cashable once you hit the minimum threshold.
When does my daily login streak reset?
If you miss a day without logging in and claiming your streak reward, your streak resets to Day 1. You need to claim your daily reward each day to keep the streak alive — logging in alone does not count, you need to tap the claim button on the banner.
How many referrals can I make?
There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer. Each valid referral (where your friend signs up with your link and makes their first post) earns you 50 Sparks. Abuse of the referral system — including fake accounts, self-referrals, or incentivizing signups with no intent to use the platform — will result in account suspension.
How often are new surveys available?
New surveys are added regularly. You can complete up to 2 surveys per week. Once you’ve completed all available surveys, check back next week for fresh ones.
My referral link worked but I didn't get my Sparks — why?
Referral Sparks (50) are released only after your friend makes their first post on TokeHead. If they signed up but haven’t posted yet, your Sparks are pending. Once they post, the Sparks are automatically added to your balance. If it’s been more than 7 days and they’ve posted, contact support at support@tokehead.com.
